Toyota is jumping on the limited edition bandwagon with the 2017 GT86 model available in a limited guise simply known as the 860 special edition model.
Available in either white or an exclusive coat of orange, 2017 GT86 860 Edition models are equipped with a black spoiler, black 17-inch alloys, black mirror caps and two, yep you guessed it, black racing stripes running down the centre of the vehicle.
Inside, the 2017 GT86 860 edition gets black leather trim with orange stitching, keyless start button, automatic dual zone climate control models, digital dashboard display and heated front seats.
Toyota hasn’t revealed if this model will be sold outside of the States at the moment. 2017 GT86 860 Special Edition units will set you back $30,400 or AED 111,660 for the six-speed manual version and $30,760 or AED 112,980 for the auto.
There are no changes to the boxer engine mounted in the front end and powering the rear wheels as the 2-litre naturally aspirated motor continues to churn out 205 horsepower.
Let’s all keep our fingers crossed that the next special edition 2017 GT86 comes with a power increase.
These models are set to hit showrooms across the States later this month. For Subaru BRZ fans out there, there is no current special edition coming your way, unfortunately.
Until we get official confirmation, here’s a selection of new Toyota GT86 and used Toyota GT86 for sale in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman.
