According to the research by Dubicars, Nissan Xterra in UAE has the best resale value after one year after purchase considering you drove it averagely for 30,000 kilometres. Xterra could possibly retain around 89% of its price.

The eco sedan Nissan Sunny came second really close to the first place with around 88% retention rate, as for the 3rd place, it was Nissan Micra with 87% price retained.
