1. Audi A6 e-Tron
Audi’s highly anticipated A6 e-Tron is set to redefine luxury in the electric sedan segment. Audi is no stranger to the EV market with electric vehicles like the e-Tron GT, Q4, Q8, and Q8 Sportback e-Tron on sale. However, the A6 e-Tron will be the first luxury electric sedan from the German brand.
Designed on the PPE (Premium Platform Electric) architecture to be used by Porsche and Audi, the A6 e-Tron combines elegance and performance. It was revealed in July 2024 with production expected to begin in 2025. With an estimated range of up to 628km on a single charge, this sleek EV impresses both in design and efficiency.

It is among the most futuristic-looking BMW models with BMW’s signature kidney grille outlined by LED DRLs. Sporty alloy wheels and muscular haunches complete the design. While the little details aren’t known at the moment, we expect it to feature a sizable battery, impressive range, and fast charging.

3. Cadillac Escalade IQ
The Cadillac Escalade IQ represents the brand’s entry into the full-size electric SUV market. Combining iconic Escalade-like styling with cutting-edge Ultium battery technology, this EV redefines what a luxury SUV can be in the electric era.
Inside the cabin, the Escalade IQ will offer a premium cabin with the entire dashboard covered by three expansive screens, paired with a 36-speaker AKG audio system. The dual-motor electric powertrain is expected to produce more than 750hp and 1,064Nm.

5. Dodge Charger Daytona EV
Dodge’s first electric vehicle and the world’s first electric muscle car — the Dodge Charger Daytona EV was first revealed in March 2024. Production and bookings for the EV in the American market began in September. Buyers in other parts of the world including the UAE will have to wait a while longer as the EV is expected to head to other markets in 2025.
It is available in two trims — R/T with 496hp and Scat pack with 670hp. With a bold design and features like the innovative Fratzonic Chambered Exhaust system, it delivers a visceral experience, trying to keep the experience of a V8 alive for enthusiasts. While it has all-wheel-drive as standard, its line-lock, burnout, and drift modes turn it into a RWD muscle car.

6. Nissan Maxima EV
The Nissan Maxima has been Nissan’s flagship sedan since the time it first went into production in 1980. After eight generations, the Nissan Maxima’s production ended in 2023. However, the nameplate is making a comeback, this time in an all-new avatar with a fully-electric powertrain.
It is expected to draw powertrain components from the Nissan Ariya EV while design and styling inspiration is expected to come from the Nissan IMs Concept that was revealed in 2019.

7. Polestar 5
At the recent UAE launch of the Polestar 4, Polestar UAE revealed plans to launch the Polestar 5 in the UAE in 2025. The Polestar 5 is a sleek electric grand tourer with sports car-rivaling performance. Since Polestar is no longer tied to Volvo, the Polestar 5 will be the first EV from the brand to use an all-new Polestar-developed platform.
The Polestar 5 will also be Polestar’s first EV from the brand to use 800V architecture which will allow faster charging speeds. It will compete with the likes of the Tesla Model S & Porsche Taycan. More details of the EV are expected to arrive later this year.

8. Porsche Cayenne EV
When it first debuted in 2003, The Porsche Cayenne became a pioneer in the sporty SUV segment. Over two decades later, the SUV will undergo its biggest change yet — electrification. It is expected to bear design similarities to the petrol-powered Cayenne with a few design inputs coming in from the Porsche Taycan EV.
The Cayenne will be the second electric Porsche SUV, following the recently launched Porsche Macan EV. Details of the SUV’s powertrain are yet to be revealed, however, we can expect it to use the powertrain from the Taycan and have similar specs.

9. Ram 1500 REV
It is Ram’s first-ever electric pickup truck and is the American brand’s answer to growing demand for electric pickup trucks. It combines the rugged capabilities that Ram trucks are known for, with modern technology and it’s built for both work and play. The production version of the 1500 REV looks quite similar to the petrol-powered Ram 1500.
It offers 800V architecture that allows it to have fast charging capabilities. The 1500 REV is powered by two electric motors producing a combined 654hp and 840Nm.

10. Hyundai Ioniq 9
