Based on the ever so popular Chevy Cruze, the Suzuki Ignis is now on sale across the UAE. With its youthful presence inside and out, this compact crossover won’t break your wallet.
Staying true to the IM-4 concept from a couple of years ago, the Suzuki Ignis now in its second generation bring fresh styling to the crossover segment. Chrome accents highlight the exterior but don’t stick out in your face, LED daytime running lights surrounding the headlights and flared wheel arches.
Inside the cabin, the Suzuki Ignis gets a fresh and funky cabin with dual-tone finishes covering the dashboard and door panels plus orange highlights surround the lower central compartment and door handles.
A single touchscreen can be used to access media options including Bluetooth connectivity. Further down are toggle switches for the A/C with digital readings and below are various switches and buttons to control various cabin features of the Suzuki Ignis.
Power comes from a 1.2-litre four cylinder petrol motor borrowed from the Swift lineup. Rated at 82 horsepower and 120 Nm of torque, the Suzuki Ignis is mated to a CVT transmission powering the front wheels.
In select regions, the Ignis can be had with a manual gearbox and is also known as the Swift. We only know of the hatchback and sedan Swift models.
