Smart, an electric car brand jointly owned by Mercedes-Benz, is all set to enter the UAE market soon. Smart Car announces a strategic partnership with AW Rostamani Group (AWR) to enter the country’s EV segment.
The collaboration was marked by a Memorandum of Understanding in September and celebrated through a signing ceremony on December 11 in Dubai. This signifies a distinctive leap in AWR Group’s commitment to driving the electrification of the UAE’s automotive market.
The alliance between AWR and Smart Car aims to introduce Smart’s innovative portfolio of all-electric vehicles to the Emirates. Further, the partnership aligns seamlessly with the UAE’s vision for a sustainable and technologically advanced future. This strategic move further cements AWR Group’s role as a pivotal force in the region’s transition towards intelligent urban mobility solutions.
