Earlier this week, the Dubai Auto Market reopened for buyers and sellers. But, there was a slight hiccup when it came to registering and testing vehicles as the RTA was closed.
With that said, the RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) will be reopening their doors in three key locations starting from Thursday 30th of April 2020.
Customer Happiness Centers in Umm Al Ramool, Deira and Al Barsha will start operating from 9 am to 3 pm.
The RTA will enforce strict safety protocols to protect customers and staff with the installation of heat sensors.
Wearing a mask will be mandatory, and physical distancing will be undertaking to ensure the highest safety standards.
Al Shirwawi, Cars Deira, SpeedFit and Tasjeel (Al Tawar, Discovery Gardens and International City) centres. AutoPro (Satwa and Mankhool) Centre are still closed until further notice.
The RTA still encourages all customers to utilise online and smart channels instead of visiting Customer Happiness Centres.
