Confirmed to debut this Thursday at 3 pm GST, Rolls-Royce has teased their first venture into the SUV segment; the Cullinan, one last time before its grand unveiling.
If you were expecting a side panel, interior or anything that would actually give away what the vehicle will look like, then you best skip to the next section as Rolls-Royce have dropped a glimpse of what appears to be one of the rear lights.
Nothing more, nothing less.
Rolls-Royce promises the Cullinan will be one of the most luxurious SUV’s ever made. Riding on an aluminium spaceframe platform, it will be the first Rolls-Royce car ever to be all-wheel drive with power coming courtesy of a twin-turbo 6.75-litre V12 petrol engine rated at 563 horsepower and 900 Nm of torque.
EDIT: As of last night, Rolls-Royce dropped yet another teaser image. Showing off the media controller unit that will presumably control a multitude of media functions including the navigation system. But what really peaked our interest are the two buttons on the right-hand side.
Starting with the top; Hill Descent Control and just below, a button with the word ‘Off-Road’. We wonder what that last one does.
Are there any pictures of the Cullinan?
Rumour has it; select clients have actually seen the vehicle before its grand unveiling with one even posting a frontal shot of the Cullinan online for all to see.
While it may have only been the front end, the single image shows off rectangular headlights flanking either side of the traditional front grille, large air intakes with floating chrome accents and iconic Spirit of Ecstasy. While that all sounds pretty familiar, the Cullinan features a unique lower front bumper and what appears to be a chromed centre section or possibly a metal skid plate.
Additionally, the SUV has rear suicide doors and an assertive bonnet.
As stated at the very beginning, the brand new Rolls-Royce Cullinan will be fully revealed tomorrow at 3 pm GST.
Dubicars.com has new Rolls-Royce and used Rolls-Royce for sale in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
