Need an extra boost in your Porsche? The German brand has exactly what you’re looking for which is stock from the factory. Porsche’s Power Package gives you that extra boost you desire.
Given the Porsche Exclusive 3.0S Powerkit moniker, the package offers future and current 911S owners 30 additional horses on top of other exciting changes.
That 30 hp boost brings the power output of the 911S to the same level as 911 GTS models. Included in the kit are larger turbochargers, Sports Chrono Package with analogue clock inside, enhanced sports exhaust system and upgraded brake cooling.
In the US, Porsche Power Packages cost $12,500 or AED 45,910 for manual versions of the 911S and $12,780 or AED 47,270 for automatic models.
The Performance Package is currently available for the 911 Carrera S, 911 Carrera 4S and 911 Targa 4S. Older generation turbocharged Porsche models can also be fitted with the package if the vehicle is equipped with a Sports Chrono Package.
Porsche hasn’t confirmed what the threshold for older models is as of writing. These packages are currently available in the States and Europe. No word on when Middle Eastern customers can benefit form the package.
On top of the new package, Porsche is also offering customers a selection of new paint jobs as well as trim options both inside and outside the vehicle. Select markets also receive LTE connectivity which has yet to be made available in GCC countries.
