Porsche adds Panamera Shooting brake to the 2017 range

Geneva is a few weeks away, and we already know about the mysterious Black Cuillin making an appearance but what about the rest? It looks like Porsche has confirmed one model of theirs, the Panamera Shooting Brake.

Since 2012, this model has been making the rounds at various motor shows and drawings; the elongated model has been confirmed with all of the 2017 Panamera enhancements.

What you see in the gallery attached is not the vehicles confirmed shape as we are till waiting on the German brand to finalise what it is to look like.

Engine choices will remain identical to the current 2017 lineup which includes a choice between a 2.9-litre V6 and V8 mated to an automatic gearbox or an optional PDK package.

Interior options are to remain identical with the new dashboard mounted behind the steering wheel, enhanced multimedia interface showcasing navigation, Bluetooth and other media options.

Due to the vehicles new roof line, rear passengers would benefit from extra headroom and in general, cargo space increases to hold extra golf clubs or designer bags.

So far, the Porsche Panamera Shooting Brake is destined for European showrooms by the end of the year for an undisclosed price tag. Extended wheelbase models are currently not on the table and neither is an “Executive” model

We are all about it, and we have our fingers crossed for the 2017 Panamera Shooting Brake to hit the UAE market early next year.

2017 sedan models are available now across the region and we’ve got new Porsche Panamera and used Porsche Panamera for sale in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
