At the recent Paris Motor Show, the Lexus UX was without a doubt an eye-catching concept. Soon to be a reality, Lexus has provided the world when exactly we’ll see the model debut.
Slotting in underneath both the RX and NX, Lexus UX models are destined to be shown in production guise later this year at the Tokyo Motor Show which runs from the 27th of October to the 5th of November.
Before the model lit up the Paris Motor Show, Lexus filed some intriguing trademarks that not only included UX200, UX250 and UX250h, the documents also include RX350L and RX450hL.
UX SUV’s won’t be the only new Lexus models on show as the luxury brand has also confirmed we’ll catch a glimpse of the seven-seater RX vehicles.
Lexus hasn’t revealed much about the model leaving many to speculate what powers the model and what to expect inside the cockpit.
Seeing as 200 and 250 trademarks have been filed, a four-cylinder motor is expected to power each of the four wheels. 250h models should ship with an identical motor with an added hybrid system.
Inside, Lexus UX models should follow current RX and NX models with the elegant and technologically advanced features we know and love along with plush soft-touch leather materials covering the seats, dashboard and door panels.
Alongside Lexus, we expect other Japanese manufacturers to showcase their latest iterations including Toyota’s next Supra and Nissan’s upcoming Z model.
Dubicars.com has new Lexus and used Lexus for sale in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman.
