Lexus CT 200h tries on F Sport parts

Lexus already announced a refreshed CT 200h is on the way with minute changes, so what else can Lexus do to make their only hatchback a staple in the segment? By adding an optional package to the list of course.

To spruce up the ageing CT 200h, Lexus has taken the model into F Sport territory by adding a unique spindle front grille; new fog light surrounds, new tail light graphics and an exclusive rear bumper.

To complete the package, a new set of alloys are fitted to each corner.

Not only does the new add various new trim pieces, but it also slams the CT 200h 30 mm closer to the ground.

Power remains to be drawn from a 1.8-litre four cylinder petrol motor combined with a self-charging electric motor. Mated to a CVT box, 134 horsepower drives the front wheels allowing the hatchback to launch to 100 in 10.3 seconds and a top speed of 180 km/h.

Lexus hasn’t revealed any snippets of information regarding the interior leading us to believe it will remain identical to standard models with a handful of F-Sport badges decorating the interior.

Although there is a larger navigation system with a 10.3-inch display.

Updated Lexus CT 200h
