Seven years ago, an American Auto Tuner stepped away from tuning briefly to dip their toes in building a vehicle instead and with their background we expected nothing less than the Hennessey Venom GT.
13 cars rolled out of the factory, one X1 prototype, six coupe hard tops and six convertibles of which one even made its way to Dubai and was put up for sale two years ago.
Apparently, the Hennessey Venom GT Final Edition has already been sold for a price of AED 4.4 Million! Coated in Glacier Blue paint with two white stripes to indicate furious speed.
Powered by a 7-litre V8 which is already powerful enough as it is, Hennessey didn’t want their last vehicle to generate 1,000 or so horsepower. Instead, they want their name to be remembered by having the Final Edition pump out an insane 1,451 horsepower!
With an output so large, the sports car can hit 100 km/h from standstill in 2.4 seconds and a breathtaking top speed of 434 km/h.
Unlike most sports cars in the market, the Hennessey Venom GT is mated to a six-speed Ricardo manual gearbox powering the rear wheels.
This may be the end of the Hennessey Venom GT. However, the Texan brand is currently working on the Venom F5 which is said to be stronger than the Bugatti Chiron!
As previously mentioned, the one Venom GT that was for sale here found a loving home, but we have plenty of other new and used cars for sale in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman in all shapes, sizes and horsepower figures.
