10. Kia EV9
The Kia EV9 had its regional premiere at the GIMS Qatar 2023 and is expected to be launched in the Middle Eastern market soon. 9. Lamborghini Lanzador
Lamborghini showcased its first all-electric crossover SUV, the Lanzador marking its regional premiere at the motor show. The Lanzador is expected to become a reality and launch by 2028. 8. Mini Countryman S JCW
Mini showcased the newly revamped Countryman S JCW (John Cooper Works) for the first time in this region. The crossover SUV is the hottest Mini powered by a 2L engine. 7. Entop Simurgh
This car marks Afghanistan’s entry into the competitive automotive world built by Entop. The Simurgh, previously called the Mada9 was showcased in its conceptual form with a small 2L Corolla engine under the bonnet. 6. Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Hybrid
Chery has a large pavilion at the auto show showcasing all their sub-brands: Omoda, Jaecoo and Exceed. 5. Omoda C5 EV
First showcased at the Shanghai Auto Show, the Omoda C5 EV made its regional premiere at the GIMS Qatar 2023. The Omoda C5 EV is expected to be launched in the Middle Eastern region by the end of this year. 4. Jaecoo J8
Jaecoo is to Chery Automotive what Lexus is to Toyota, their in-house luxury brand. Jaecoo showcased the J8, a luxury and premium SUV that is based on the Tiggo 8 Pro Max and uses a similar powertrain. 3. Mercedes GLC 63 S E Performance
The GLC 63 S E Performance, according to us, was the hottest Mercedes-AMG car present at the GIMS Qatar 2023. Sure, the 4X4 Square had all the spotlight, but people who knew what lay under the hood of this coupe SUV just couldn’t stop ogling at it. 2. Toyota Land Cruiser 10th Victory Edition
This is one of the few cars that were premiered to the world at the GIMS Qatar 2023.
