Audi has taken wraps of the new 2024 SQ8 at its World Premier held at the GIMS Qatar 2023 motor show. The new SQ8 features several exterior design changes and is just a mid-cycle facelift. Alongside the 2024 SQ8 SUV, Audi also showcased its F1 Showcar with Audi Launch Livery to the Middle East for the very first time at the Geneva International Motor Show 2023.
2024 Audi SQ8
The 2024 SQ8 has undergone a styling makeover for 2024. The changes are inspired by its electric counterpart, the SQ8 e-tron. The grille and front bumper give the new SQ8 a more mature and simple aesthetics. Also, there is a pair of sophisticated new headlights featuring laser beam technology. These headlights also offer user-selectable signatures, allowing you to customise the daytime running lights.
Other Changes:
- New 21-inch alloy wheel
- Revised OLED taillights
- New colours: Sakhir Gold, Ascari Blue and Chili Red
- Updated interior trim
- Re-designed seats
All other interior features remain the same as the pre-facelift model. This includes the three-screen layout that includes the instrument cluster, infotainment display and the touchscreen unit for climate control.
Engine & Transmission
The SQ8 is powered by the 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 petrol engine paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. The SUV features Audi’s Quattro all-wheel drive system to modulate power on all the wheels giving an immense levels of grip.

- Top Speed: 250km/h
The entire Q8 line-up will be receiving the update except for the RSQ8 model, which will be updated at a later date. As mentioned earlier, Audi has also showcased their F1 Showcar with Audi Launch Livery to the Middle East for the first time. This marks a big step for the brand as it gears up to join the top-tier motorsports series from 2026 onwards.
