Exeed Motors, a Chinese car manufacturer has launched the RX SUV in the UAE. The new SUV marks the brand’s entry into the UAE market represented by AG Auto in the UAE under Al Ghurair Investment. The exact pricing of the RX is yet to be announced by the brand. We expect it to range between AED 140,000 to AED 165,000 for the top-spec trim.
Exeed RX Variants & Colours
The RX is offered in three variants: Comfort, Luxury & Flagship. Even the base variant comes equipped with the ADAS, Remote start and other gadgets to play with. The difference between variants is down to some nice-to-have features.

Exeed RX Exterior Design
Exeed has given the RX an imposing SUV stance. Up front, you can spot an LED DRL arrangement that starts from one end of the bumper and goes all the way to the other end via the grille. The Exeed logo on the grille also lights up adding to the unique lighting arrangement on the SUV. The bumper includes faux vents on either side and a gradient diamond air-inlet at the centre.
On the side, flush door handles, blacked-out roof and window pillars, 20-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, and all-around body cladding add to the SUV look. The rear includes the period-correct LED lightbar connecting the LED tail lamps on either side. The rear spoiler and quad exhaust complete the sporty look of the car.

The interiors of the RX are a perfect blend of luxury and tech-fest. The cabin is decked in leather with a three-spoke steering wheel, dual 12.3-inch displays and a panoramic sunroof. All variants come with a black and red interior colour scheme, while the Luxury & Flagship variants get an optional Black and Beige theme.

The Exeed RX is powered by a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol direct injection engine paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. The base variant is front-wheel-drive, while the other two feature AWD.

Exeed RX Safety Features
The RX comes with a whole host of active and passive safety features as standard. This includes the Level 2 ADAS system. The Mid and the top-spec trim gets the Level 2+ ADAS system that includes Safe Exit, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Rear Collision Warning and more. Top trims also get 8 airbags as opposed to 6 airbags on the based model.

Exeed RX Warranty, Bookings & Deliveries
Exeed will open its showrooms in Dubai and Abu Dhabi sometime in the first week of September 2023. Bookings for the RX are already underway with deliveries scheduled to begin by the end of September 2023. The new SUV is offered with a 7-year/2 lakh km warranty with a period of service scheduled every 10,000km. Apart from the RX, Exeed also offers the LX, TXL & VX SUVs in the UAE.
