Recently, Audi revealed the all-new A7 Sportback. Still fresh in the minds of many four ring fans, a sportier Audi RS7 has already been spotted with barely any camo and promises to pack a punch while remaining elegant at the same time.
From a distance, the causal driver will completely blank out the slightly different front bumper. The grey wheel arch enhancements are a little more obvious and point larger tracks are on the way. We’ve also got our fingers crossed those larger rims complete the package.
Around the back, larger circular exhaust tips ferociously stick out within the standard A7’s rear end. However, when the final product is released, expect a unique bumper with those large exhaust outlets perfectly integrated into it.
The driving force behind the Audi RS7
Expect nothing short of a V8 bi-turbo engine driving each corner via Audi’s token Quattro system. Mated to an eight-speed S-Tronic gearbox, sources indicate 650 horsepower is what we can look forward to. With that in mind, expect the Audi RS7 Sportback to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in a quick four seconds before hitting a top speed of 300 km/h.
Set to debut by the end of 2018, the Audi RS7 lineup will also see a hybrid version of the Sportback that will reportedly churn out an impressive 700 hp!
Additionally, those who crave an Audi with ‘less’ power but still want that sporty lock, the Audi S7 is said to debut early next year.
