Lexus’s F Sport division celebrates ten years of adding a touch of performance to premium luxury this year. To celebrate the decade, the Japanese will roll out a limited production run of 10th anniversary Lexus RC F and GS F vehicles.
Each car is covered from head-to-toe in Nebula Grey matte with bespoke 19-inch polished black alloys bolted to each corner with eye-catching blue brake calipers lurking behind.
Lexus RC F or Lexus GS F?
While both have matching exterior palettes, inside, they are a few differences between the two.
The Lexus RC F receives blue leather front sports seats with flashes of white accents. Blue highlights continue covering the gear lever, steering wheel, the instrument panel hood and embossed headliner.
An identical pattern is found inside the GS F. However; the embossed headliner is missing while blue seatbelts and blue suede accents highlighting the dashboard appear inside.
Each model is fitted with blue carbon fibre trim and a unique limited edition plaque.
10th Anniversary edition Lexus RC F models are driven by a potent 5.0-litre V8 rated at 467horsepower and 526 Nm of torque. Connected to an eight-speed automatic gearbox channelling power to the rear wheels via a limited slip differential. This allows the sporty two-door coupe to sprint from standstill to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds.
The GS F variant receives the same engine although due to it’s extra weight, the 0-100 km/h sprint time increases to 4.6 seconds.
Lexus has not disclosed how much either of the two models will cost or availability around the world. The Japanese manufacturer has noted that just 340 models will be built; 240 of those will be reserved for the Lexus RC F, and only 100 are reserved for the GS F.
