2019 Corvette ZR1 revealed with 750 hp!

After a few teases here and there, Chevrolet has finally lifted the wraps off of their latest creation; the 2019 Corvette ZR1.

Chevy’s 2019 Corvette ZR1 packs a monstrous 6.2-litre supercharged LT5 V8 which pushes out an impressive 755 horsepower and 968 Nm of torque. As standard, the monster is mated to a seven-speed manual transmission driving the rear wheels or an optional eight-speed automatic.

Chevrolet has yet to release information on how fast the new ZR1 launches from 0-100 km/h but they have confirmed the sports car is more than capable of hitting a top speed of 337 km/h.

In order for the 2019 Corvette ZR1 to reach such a speed, GM has bolted an all-new front fascia, carbon fibre hood, four new radiators and a new front underwing to improve downforce.

An optional ZTK performance package is available. With it, Chevy adds a unique front spiltter and an adjustable rear wing that is said to provide an additional 430 kg of downforce.

Additionally, the pack includes a set of Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 summer tyres, Magnetic Ride Control and chassis modifications.

If by chance you want your 2019 Corvette ZR1 to stand out from the rest, a Sebring Orange Design Package is also available. This includes a lick of Sebring Orange paint applied to the exterior, orange brake callipers and orange accents.

Inside, this package adds orange seatbelts, bronze aluminium interior trim and orange contrast stitching.

The 2019 Corvette ZR1 will go on sale early next year with pricing to be announced closer to the date.

Dubicars.com has new Chevrolet Corvette and used Chevrolet Corvette for sale in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi.
