We’re counting down the days until the Dubai International Motor Show, and we’re not the only ones. Infiniti has their eyes on the prestigious event and will be showing off the 2018 Infiniti QX80.
But with the show still just under a month away, they can’t keep the luxury SUV to themselves as they’ve dropped a teaser or two of what to expect.
Inspired by the QX80 Monograph shown off early this year in New York, Infiniti’s range-topping SUV benefits from revised curves, redesigned adaptive headlights, refreshed front splitter with new fog lights and bespoke alloys adorning each corner, while keeping the bold front and larger than life presence.
We have to wait a few more days to see whats in store for the rear end.
What else is new for the 2018 Infiniti QX80?
Although the model features a redesigned exterior, reports suggest Infiniti are retaining the existing platform as well as the drivetrain.
While many details remain a mystery, 2018 Infiniti QX80 luxury SUV’s are to stick with the smooth 5.6-litre V8 mated to an automatic gearbox driving each corner. 400 horsepower and 560 Nm of torque is likely to be produced.
Inside, you can expect high-grade leather covering the seats, dashboard, door panels and everything in between, along with the standard premium features we know and love from the previous generations with a few new state-of-the-art gizmos.
The Dubai International Motor Show is scheduled to start on the 14th of October and concludes on the 17th.
