2018 Range Rover Sport SVR revealed

Earlier this week, Jaguar Land Rover revealed the updated Range Rover Sport lineup. Part of the update includes the quick 2018 Range Rover Sport SVR.

Adopting similar upgrades to the 2018 Range Rover Sport, SVR models benefit from a new front bumper with enlarged air-intakes, carbon fibre grille, carbon fibre hood with two deep air vents painted in an exclusive dual-tone scheme and new headlights to complete the front end.

Move along, either side sports updated side skirts and new front fender vents are evident. Each corner boasts a new set of alloys with a high-performance barking system hiding behind with bright red brake calipers.

As of the rear end, changes are subtle compared to the rest of the exterior. Noteworthy changes include a carbon fibre insert on the tailgate, sports exhaust system finished in chrome, painted rear diffuser and body matching lower bumper.

And to top it all off, the model is equipped with traditional SVR badges.

As we previously reported, 2018 Range Rover Sport SVR SUV’s retain the potent 5.0-litre supercharged V8 driving each corner. With light revisions made, 575 horsepower allows the model to launch to 100 km/h in less than 4.7 seconds before hitting a top speed of 260 km/h.
