Last year, the American market was treated to a beefed up version of the GMC Sierra branded as the All Terrain X. Fast forward to April this year, the 2017 GMC Sierra All-Terrain is officially on sale across the GCC including the UAE.
The Z71 Off Road is package is standard on 2017 GMC Sierra All-Terrain with additional underbody protection, monotube Rancho Shocks, enhanced Hill Decent Control and Eaton automatic locking rear diff.
Outside, the desert ready machine wears body colour matching door handles, LED fog lights, LED rear lights and black mirrors caps.
Inside, customers are treated to carbon-fibre faux inserts, unique instrument cluster and a custom set of leather seats with red stitching on top of the other creature comfort options including Bluetooth, climate control and cruise control modes.
Additionally, the 2017 GMC Sierra All-Terrain can be had in SLT trim which adds 18-inch alloy rims to each corner, off-road ready rubber, parking sensors and a Premium BOSE sound system.
It also adds various state-of-the-art safety features including lane keep assist, forward collision detection, driver alert package, safety alert seat and IntelliBeam high-beam headlamps.
Powering all four wheels, customers can choose a 355 horsepower 5.3-litre V8 petrol motor as standard or the larger 6.2-litre V8 motor rated at 420 horses. Four wheel is standard of course as is an automatic gearbox.
