Abu Dhabi’s official BMW dealership is no stranger to eye-catching Bimmers driving through their doors now and then. We’ve seen a gorgeous red 4-series, purple i8, green Alpina, yellow i8 and M3. Now the capital’s premier showroom has taken delivery of a BMW M2 equipped M Performance parts and a melodic exhaust system.
Coated in a popular shade of white paint, the nippy coupe is highlighted with the brands signature coloured markings running down each side and prompting the front air ducts. Upon further inspection of the iconic double kidney front grille, blue and red highlights have been applied to sweeten the deal.
This particular BMW M2 is equipped with an M Performance carbon fibre aero kit, carbon fibre mirror housing and black side skirts. Inside, the model benefits from blue highlight stitching; an Alcantara wrapped handbrake lever, M sports steering wheel, carbon fibre gear knob and even more carbon fibre trim on top of the usual features.
Powering the BMW M2 is a 3-litre turbocharged six-cylinder motor rated at 365 horsepower and 500 Nm of torque. 4.3 seconds is all it takes to hit 100 km/h from standstill with the optional 7-speed dual clutch DCT gearbox equipped.
To add more character to the M2, this one has an Akrapovic Evolution exhaust system mounted underneath with four tailpipes sticking out of the carbon fibre rear diffuser.
