No need to adjust your eyes or clean your glasses, Hyundai has released a few teaser images of their upcoming 2019 Hyundai Veloster covered in camouflage. No black and white eyesores to see here.
Starting with the front end, the 2019 Hyundai Veloster sports an enlarged front grille flanked with newly designed headlights sporting LED’s. The sleek, sporty styling continues underneath the interesting multi-coloured camouflage.
A clear shot of the rear end hasn’t surfaced, but eagle eye viewers will notice a flowing back end complete with a significant rear bumper. It’s also worth noting, Hyundai appears to be keeping the funky three-door setup.
According to sources, the 2019 Hyundai Veloster will is said to be available with two turbocharged petrol engines, either a 1.4 or a 1.6-litre four-cylinder unit. Both are reportedly available with either a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission or a more engaging six-speed manual driving the front axle.
The updated Veloster is expected to be equipped with a drive mode selector offering owners to select from three unique setups including Sport which provides quicker gear shifts and faster acceleration.
2019 Hyundai Veloster options
In South Korea, the quirky hatchback is said to benefit from a wide range of high-tech features. Included is a heads-up display, collision warning system and adaptive cruise control as well as high beam assist and a lane departure warning system.
The 2019 Hyundai Veloster will be revealed next month at the 2017 LA Motor Show.
