The 2019 GMC Terrain is available in three trims; SLE, SLT and the range-topping Denali. While the SLE and SLT variants are similar, the Denali has distinct features.
SLE and SLT trims have standard LED running lamps, Bi-functional HID headlights and tail lights. 17-inch wheels are standard on the SLE. SLE AWD and SLT come with 18-inch wheels as standard.
Denali models feature a signature satin chrome grille with exclusive body coloured bumpers, door handles and lower trim. LED headlights and 19-inch machined aluminium wheels are standard on the Denali.
Inside all three models are supplied with soft-touch materials, authentic aluminium trim and active noise cancellation. Denali models get unique badges and piping on the front row.
Continuing with the Denali trim, Skyscape power sunroof, Bose premium sound system and a hands-free programmable liftgate are standard.
Base models are powered by a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine rated at 170 hp and 275 Nm of torque connected to Hydra-Matic 9T45 nine-speed automatic gearbox. An optional 2.0-litre turbo unit is available with 252 hp and 353 Nm of torque paired with a Hydra-Matic 9T50 nine-speed auto.
The 2019 GMC Terrain gets a host of active safety features which includes Lane Keep Assist with Following Distance Indicator, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, HD Rear Vision Camera and the list goes on.
Also, the 2019 Terrain has six airbags and advanced Rear Seat Reminder as standard.
Prices start at AED 93,700 for the 2019 GMC Terrain; the Terrain Denali costs AED 141,700.
