Nothing short of safety with the 2019 Chevrolet Cruze
Chevrolet claims the Cruze doesn’t take any shortcuts with the refreshed Cruze and it’s hard to prove them wrong. Lane keep assist, front pedestrian braking, lane keep assist with lane departure warning, low-speed front braking, rear parking assist, following distance indicator and forward collision alert plus a few more we may have missed.
As you can see, that’s quite a lot on offer for such a compact car.
There are no known engine changes at least in the US that is as a 1.4-litre petrol motor continues to generate 153 horsepower and drives the front end. Stateside customers can choose between a six-speed manual, six-speed or nine-speed automatic transmission.
In the UAE, current Chevy Cruze’s are powered by 1.8-litre petrol motor rated at 140 horses.
