While the exterior carries over from the outgoing model, the 2018 Toyota Corolla interior benefits from a plethora of upgrades fit for the modern generation.

Standard features across all trim levels include a CD player, Bluetooth connectivity, AUX and USB inputs, multi-function steering wheel, parking sensors, cruise control and dual airbags. Higher trim levels are fitted with 15-inch alloy rims and a six-speaker audio system.
Safety features for the 2018 Toyota Corolla have been improved with the compact sedan coming standard with rear fog lights, Vehicle Stability Control and Tyre Pressure Warning System. Optional extras include Automatic Headlight Levelling, LED headlights and Daytime Running Lights.
Available in two flavours, buyers can choose between a 1.6-litre four cylinder motor rated at 121 horsepower and 154 Nm or torque driving the front wheels or a four pot 2-litre engine pumping out 143 hp and 187 Nm of torque.
Both motors are mated to Multi Drive 7S transmission which is said to improve fuel efficiency by up to 27% compared to its closest rival.
1.6 units are available in SE, SE+ and Limited trims and priced at AED 67,500, AED 69,900 and AED 73,900 respectively. Whereas the 2-litre model is available in SE, SE+ and Limited trims priced at AED 71,500, AED 74,900 and AED 78,900 a piece.
