Usually, we don’t publish leaks on Dubicars.com unless it’s a sports car or Japanese ones. Here is the latest leak from the Japanese marker; the 2018 Honda Fit and Jazz models.
Although the pictures are microscopic and not as clear as we would like them, changes are apparent with new headlights adorning each side of the reworked grille and fresh bumper to complete the front end.
Each corner appears to have new rim designs whereas the back end gets a new bumper, lights, spoiler and hints of chrome.
Sources claim the 2018 Honda Fit and Jazz will also have optional black inserts for the front end and similarly coloured mirror caps.
Although the last picture may be Japanese, new paint jobs are available for the exterior including a light blue, two silver/grey coats, yellow, maroon and dark red to go with the rest of the colours.
Interior pictures are not part of the leak. However, 2018 Honda Fit and Jazz models are to receive a reworrked dashboard with new backlighting and a new infotainment system. Fingers crossed, the infotainment system is similar to that of the 2017 Kia Rio.
Underneath the front end will not be a 1-litre three-cylinder petrol motor. Instead, new engines are allegedly going to debut in the next generation. It’s said the current motors will be carried on to power the facelifted model.
2018 Honda Fit and Jazz models are set to hit the market around the world in the second half of this year.
