Toyota Land Cruiser 4.0L GXR

Hello All,
Due to my plans to leave UAE in December, I have decided to sell my Pearl White colored Land Cruiser 2023 GXR (upgraded to VXR – exterior look and added on functionalities).
My car is a GCC specs car (by Al Futtaim) and I am the first owner. The car is well maintained and in excellent condition (paint protection, rust protection, interior protection were all applied within a month of purchase).
Further, I spent 22,000 AED on upgrades to make the car looks like the VXR model as well as to add a number of functionalities of VXR such as 360-degree camera, auto door closure, blind spot system, etc. - the complete list is provided below as well as all supporting documentation (invoices and receipts) are available to be provided if needed.
In brief:
1. The car was purchased back in May 2023 for 285,000 AED and spent 22,000 on modifications and other items for the car.
2. The car is accident-free and the service is conducted on time at Al Futtaim Service Center.
3. The car has only been driven 27000GCC specifications. Car is in perfect condition. Accident-free history. Full option trim. Brand new condition. Carefully driven and maintained by an expat. Single owner, well-maintained. Price is negotiable. Complete service history of the car is available. Brand new tires installed recently. Well-maintained and clean car. All parts have original paint. No issues at all, just buy and drive. Car is in perfect condition inside and out. kilometers (I rarely use it since I have a daily commuter car).
4. The car comes with both a service contract and warranty from Toyota (Al Futtaim).
5. Original parts (replaced by upgrades) are available and will be provided as part of the sale - if you wish to remove the upgraded parts (screen, camera, headlights/taillights, or other cosmetics), I can help with that after a deposit has been received.
The car can be viewed during the week from 7:00 to 9:00 and on weekends from 9:00 to 9:00

لانه مخطط لسافر نهائي من الإمارات في ديسمبر،
السيارة بمواصفات خليجية (من الفطيم) وأنا المالك الأول. السيارة بحالة ممتازة (بنفس الشهر الي اشتريت فيه السيارة – عملت حماية الصبغ (النانو خارجي وداخلي) والحماية الشاسيه من الصدأ والحماية الداخلية وغيرها).
للتوضيح، السياره جي اكس ار بس زودتها لتصير في اكس ار شكليا و لبعض المواصفات مثل ابواب شفط, كميرات 360, شاشه كبير مثل الوكاله واحسن ، سيستم النقطه العمياء. باختصار دفعت (22000) درهم إماراتي على السيارة فوق سعرها - قائمة بكل المدفوعات موضحه في الاسفل وبالإضافة جميع الوثائق (الفواتير والإيصالات) متاحة.
باختصار:
1- تم شراء السيارة في مايو 2023 بمبلغ 285,000 درهم و تم عمل تزويدات بقيمة 22,000 درهم.
2- السيارة خالية من الحوادث وتم إجراء الخدمة في وقته في مركز خدمة تيوتا - الفطيم.
3- السيارة ماشيه مسافة 27000 كيلومتر فقط (أستخدمها بنهايت الاسبوع فقد نظرًا لأن عندي سيارة تانيه للمشاوير اليومية).
4- السيارة متوفر معها مع عقد الخدمة والضمان من تويوتا (الفطيم).
5- القطغ الأصلية المستبدلة بالتزويدات متوفرة وسيتم توفيرها كجزء من البيعه - إذا كنت ترغب في إزالة التزويدات التي تمت تركيبها (الشاشة، الكاميرا، المصابيح الأمامية/المصابيح الخلفية، أو القطع التجميليه الأخرى)، ممكن اتكفل بالموضوع بعد استلام عربون شراء.
ممكن تفحص السيارة خلال أيام الأسبوع من الساعة 7:00 مساءً. حتى 9:00 مساءً وفي عطلات نهاية الأسبوع من الساعة 9:00 صباحًا حتى 9:00 مساءً.
