The Ford Edge ST model is in high demand and for good reason! It is fun, sporty, good looking, with a high spec coming in excellent condition.
Adding an ST badge to any Ford raises expectations of performance to a level far above the merely quick. But add it they have and that means this 2019 Ford Edge ST has met all the strict internal parameters of Ford Performance. Added to this model includes Blind spot warning, lane change warning, adaptive cruise control and cooled/heated ST leather racing seats!
Compared with the Edge Sport, with which it shares its 2.7-litre EcoBoost V6, the ST produces 20 more bhp (335) and 40Nm more torque (515). The ST’s suspension has been tuned to be more responsive to inputs. The eight-speed automatic shifts smoothly and does a good job of keeping the ST in its power band. You have the option to control shifts yourself from the steering wheel paddle shifters.
On the inside changes are sublime, with the addition of Ford’s suite of electronic driver aids such as blind-spot monitoring & lane-keeping assist. A Bang & Olufsen sound system is standard, as are a wi-fi hotspot, 10-way power-adjustable ST front seats with micro suede inserts and some stout bolstering.
